What is Expected of You

As our Premix Factory Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating production machinery and ensuring accurate batch preparation, smooth workflow, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

How You’ll Deliver Impact

You will contribute to the production process by:

Production Operations

• Operating blending, batching, conveying, and packing equipment according to production schedules and batch instructions.

• Monitoring process parameters to ensure safe and optimal performance, correct formulation, and consistent product quality.

• Coordinating with the production team to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Material Handling and Processing

• Transferring raw materials into the factory and staging them for production.

• Accurately weighing materials according to batch quantities.

• Participating in the tipping process by opening bags and feeding materials through the vibratory sieve.

Packaging and Documentation

• Operating filling, coding, labeling, sealing, and casing machines.

• Maintaining accurate production and batch records in compliance with QA, food safety, and quality requirements.

Quality, Safety, and Maintenance

• Observing and maintaining hygiene practices and clean work environments, including equipment surfaces.

• Conducting equipment inspections and performing basic corrective and preventive maintenance following lockout/tagout procedures.

• Reporting any food safety or quality deviations immediately to the Blending Quality Supervisor.

• Maintaining safe working conditions by following equipment operation protocols, forklift safety rules, proper PPE use, and safety requirements when working at height or in confined spaces.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience operating production machinery in a food manufacturing or premix factory.

• Diploma or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
