Purpose of the Job:
To support Nisir to implement its projects in a way that minimizes costs, risks and increases success rates by properly planning, coordinating and monitoring projects.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop project scope definition, project charters, project plans, implementation plans and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage, track and report on the health of all elements of the project plan, change control and issues and risks.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of assigned resources.
- Manage project vendor, subcontractors and partner relationships.
- Maintain regular communication links with all appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the RMO standards and processes.
- Implement quality standards for delivery management and ensures consistency in RMO and project deliverables.
- Assess delivery management of assigned projects and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on delivery management to the RMO lead and the RMO steering committee.
- Set up quality standards of communication plan and change management approaches.
- Implement a standardized People Change methodology and toolkit, aligned to the HR operating model.
- Manage cross-initiative conflicts in sponsorship, communication and change management.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on organizational alignment to the Results and change Management leader and the project management.
- Create awareness and secure buy-in of the change portfolio ensuring higher success.
- Assess organizational alignment of each initiative as needed.
- Evaluate the change impact of all projects on the business; identify areas of high impact and as needed recommend alternatives to the management.
- Continuously assess People Change initiatives within projects, and assist where required.
- Provide feedback to HR specialists on the people implication of projects and recommend HR programs in line with project scopes and objectives.
- Partner with HR service team to ensure the provision of high-quality HR services to projects or other organizational initiatives.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, or related fields
- 2 years relevant experience
