Assistant Legal Counsel

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Legal Counsel with excellent command of English (spoken and written). The successful candidate will support the Legal Department in handling contracts, compliance matters, legal documentation, and corporate advisory services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on corporate and operational matters.
• Support litigation processes and coordinate with external lawyers when required.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and reports.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage regulatory filings, licenses, and legal documentation.
• Assist in dispute resolution and risk management processes.
• Maintain proper legal records and documentation systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage.
• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience (corporate or law firm experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory – both written and spoken).
