Transport & General Service Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly trip reports.
• Prepare fuel consumption reports.
• Submit monthly mileage report.
• Supervise vehicle drivers.
• Avail trucks for departments as per their request.
• Monitor and track real-time locations of company vehicles using GPS and telematics systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and driver assignments.
• Monitor daily GPS report.
• Schedule and document regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Manage vehicle licensure and registration.
• Ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training.
• Review and compile service records, maintenance history, and inspection reports.
• Document incident details and follow up on resolution and preventive measures.
• Make sure that all vehicles are ready to give service for internal customers.
• Responsible for controlling the fuel consumption of every vehicle.
• Control the fuel consumption of rented vehicles and prepare reports.
• Keep records and documentation in compliance with the standards.
• Generate weekly and monthly summaries for management review.
• Compile inspection results, service records, and vehicle performance data into structured Excel reports.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Technical or Vocational training diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics training is a plus.
• 2 or more years of experience in fleet tracking, logistics, or maintenance coordination and general service activities .
• Familiarity with different car models, parts and preventative maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and parts procurement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
