Project Developer

Summary

Our company, Redfox Electromechanical Engineering, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Developer to support our growing portfolio of electromechanical and ICT-related projects. The role mainly focuses on proposal development, system design, and tender management, requiring both technical depth and strong documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete technical proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
• Review tender documents, identify requirements, risks, and compliance gaps
• Develop system designs, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD
• Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance matrices
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for technical inputs
• Support site visits, data collection, and technical clarifications during development stages
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, timelines, and internal quality standards
• Maintain proposal templates, technical libraries, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in proposal development or project design
• Hands-on experience with tendering processes (public and private sector)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D layouts, single-line diagrams, system drawings)
• Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems (power, ELV, ICT, security, or AV systems is an advantage)
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Added Advantages (Preferred)

• Experience with ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, AV systems)
• Familiarity with local and international tender procedures
• Experience working in solution provider or engineering consulting firms
