Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic team player to take on the role of Project Manager. We are seeking an energetic team player who can contribute their expertise and are eager to learn from industry professionals.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develops the operational weekly work plan of project activities in collaboration with the project staff
- Carry out a weekly check on the progress of activities
- Provides backstop and technical assistance to health facilities
- Maintains and develops relationships with local authorities at different levels
- Monitors the progress of activities and ensures monitoring of indicators
- Processing and transmission of project reports
- Develop project plans
- Prepare and oversee project implementation to ensure timely delivery of project activities (for example, monitoring against log frames, individual performance
- Run and support ongoing training and induction courses for health staff as required
Qualifications
- MD/MPH
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent verbal communication skills
- Project management certification is a plus
- 1 year and more working experience
