Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is the critical link between our field technicians and the impeccable standards of Dashen Brewery. You will be responsible for:
- Auditing, validating, and continuously improving our draft system sanitation and maintenance processes.
- Safeguarding the brand's reputation and ensuring consumer satisfaction at every outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct random and scheduled post-cleaning audits of draft systems at client outlets to verify sanitation procedures.
- Perform detailed inspections of draft equipment to assess their technical condition and validate the quality of work performed by technicians.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected by technicians, including mandatory compliance with sticker placement.
- Investigate and diagnose the root cause of recurring quality issues, such as off-taste beer or equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching for sanitation technicians on advanced cleaning techniques and data reporting protocols.
- Generate detailed quality performance reports for management.
- Lead initiatives to enhance cleaning protocols, audit checklists, and overall service quality based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience & Skills: Experience is preferable but not mandatory.
