Job Summary
About Ella Tech: Ella Tech is a sister company of Ella TV. We are a software development company that also provides music and film distribution and production services. We specialize in general entertainment. We work with prominent Ethiopian and Eritrean artists around the world. We are currently developing both third-party and in-house software projects with our own software engineers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday (half-day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer and route calls, and manage the front desk
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference rooms
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area
- Manage mail, couriers, and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with internal communications and office logistics
- Operate the employee login and log-out system
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist/front-desk role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with MS Office; ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in tech/startup environments
- Familiarity with CRM/office management tools
