Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer who is energetic, creative, and passionate about industrial sales. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and promote our machinery solutions through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in industrial or machinery sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
- Strict professional dressing code required at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Salary & Benefits Monthly
- Salary: 30,000 ETB (gross)
