Our Compoany as a growing technology agency, is hiring Sales & Marketing Professionals on a contract basis in Adama City. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy sales, client engagement, and performance-based rewards.
What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified leads and close sales for web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions
- Promote company services through social media, email marketing, and direct client outreach
- Identify potential clients and clearly communicate suitable digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Highly motivated to earn through performance-based compensation
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings of 10–20% per project sale
