Sales Executive (Male Or Female)

Summary:

AM Pack Manufacturing PLC, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Addis Ababa. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to grow with an ambitious manufacturing company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local markets.
• Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on product delivery, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management.
• Prepare simple sales performance reports when required.

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel within Addis Ababa for sales activities.
