About the Company:
Accu-Tech Diagnostics is a joint venture diagnostic laboratory in Ethiopia, established under the collaboration of Millennium Healthcare Enterprise and Retina Pharmaceuticals. The laboratory provides accurate, reliable, and timely patient results using state-of-the-art technology, while addressing unmet healthcare needs and maximizing positive community and environmental impacts.
Job Summary: Drive revenue growth by promoting Accu-Tech Diagnostics’ laboratory services, building strong client relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities (hospitals, clinics, physicians, NGOs, corporate clients); promote diagnostic services; achieve sales targets; prepare and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; conduct facility visits; handle inquiries and service follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offerings; provide feedback for strategic decisions; identify emerging trends in diagnostic services.
- Coordination & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory, logistics, and customer service teams; ensure timely sample collection and reporting; coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports; maintain updated client database and CRM records; track performance against targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a health-related field; General Practitioner preferred; female candidates highly encouraged.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent communication, knowledge of diagnostic/laboratory services, CRM and reporting abilities, ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, professional, strong networking ability, adaptable to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Working Conditions: Frequent field visits to hospitals and clinics; occasional weekend or after-hours client engagement; travel within Addis Ababa and potentially other regions.
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary, sales commission/performance incentives, transport allowance, mobile/communication allowance.
