Sales Executive (Specialized in Furniture / Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the furniture and construction market.
• Promote and sell furniture products, construction materials, or related solutions to contractors, developers, and retail clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales to ensure conversion.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture sales, construction materials sales, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of furniture products, construction materials, or interior solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
