Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the furniture and construction market.
- Promote and sell furniture products, construction materials, or related solutions to contractors, developers, and retail clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales to ensure conversion.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture sales, construction materials sales, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture products, construction materials, or interior solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
