About the Job
The Sales Manager oversees company-wide sales operations across Software, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity business units. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving strategic sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of sales activities across all business lines.
The position also involves leading bid and proposal processes, managing customer relationships across the full lifecycle, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and organizational strategy. The Sales Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen market positioning and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and growth plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead and coordinate sales operations across Software, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity business units
- Oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and loyalty development
- Lead the bid and proposal process in coordination with the Bid Management Committee, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and KPIs to support data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor and partner relationships and support pricing strategy optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams and managers while ensuring performance accountability
- Implement CRM systems and reporting tools for performance tracking and executive reporting
- Prepare and present weekly and quarterly sales performance reports to senior management
Requirements
Academic Qualification
- MA, MBA, or BA in Sales, Marketing Management, Management, or related fields
Experience
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience managing customers in a private sector business environment
