Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to support the company's sales and marketing objectives.
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- College/TVET (10+3) Diploma in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of work experience in Marketing Management and Sales.
- Experience in customer acquisition, market development, and sales promotion is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within assigned territories.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities professionally.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
