Role Summary:
As an Outdoor Salesperson, you will lead TaxiVa’s citywide expansion by onboarding drivers and promoting our platform. You’ll guide drivers through TaxiVa’s registration process, demonstrate its benefits using Android tools, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. No prior experience? No problem! We provide training, though candidates with sales, ride-hailing, or community engagement backgrounds are preferred. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, engage, and onboard drivers across Addis Ababa.
- Walk drivers through TaxiVa’s registration process and provide post-onboarding support.
- Demonstrate TaxiVa’s app using an Android device to highlight features (earnings tracking, ride management, incentives).
- Build relationships with driver communities, local businesses, and unions.
- Achieve monthly driver acquisition targets.
- Collect feedback and market insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Open to all—passion matters most!
- Experience: Not required, but prior ride-hailing sales experience is a plus.
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Skills:

- Tools: Access to an Android smartphone (for live demos).
