About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers and clients using various sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proven experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
