Job Summary

We are hiring 4 motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell smart home appliances. This role involves office work, field visits, and active digital promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Sell smart home products through office and field activities

• Conduct product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Promote products through social media platforms
• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and close sales.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns.
• Make sales calls and follow up with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience (electronics or real estate preferred)
• Ability to promote products on social media
• Ability to conduct email marketing and phone sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with targets
• Willing to work both in the office and the field

Location: Addisu Gebeya, Addis Ababa

Number of Vacancies: 4

Employment Type: Temporary (with possibility of extension based on performance)

Commission: 3% on personal sales
