Job Summary
Are you a highly energetic and field-driven sales professional? Join Transsion Manufacturing and help expand one of Africa’s fastest-growing mobile brands across Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage with retail stores on a daily basis (high-frequency field visits).
- Promote and increase sales of mobile products and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product visibility and brand dominance in assigned markets.
- Collect and report accurate sales and market data.
- Support regional sales growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the mobile phone or FMCG sales industry.
- Strong understanding of local retail networks in assigned area.
- Ability to visit up to 50 stores per day.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills.
- High energy and willingness to work in the field.
