Secretary Cashier I

Job Requirement

• Qualification: College Diploma in SSOM, Information Technology, Accounting, or other related fields of study.

• Experience: Not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk reception and secretarial support to the office.
• Handle incoming calls, visitors, and official correspondence professionally.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and office documents.
• Manage cash receipts, payments, and daily cash transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, maintain petty cash records, and prepare basic cash reports.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities.
• Support data entry, typing, and preparation of routine reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception/work area.
• Perform other related clerical and cashier duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
