Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Secretary to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to communicate clearly in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Organize meetings, prepare documents, and maintain schedules
• Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are well organized
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other written materials
• Support team communication and office coordination
• Provide translation support when needed (Amharic ↔ Afan Oromo, and/or English)

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Excellent proficiency in Amharic and Afan Oromo (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in basic office software (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation/interpretation
• Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual environment
