Qualifications
- BA degree in Accounting & Finance or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- A minimum of four (4) years of work experience in accounting roles.
Additional Qualities & Abilities
- Considerable knowledge of financial & accounting principles & practice including government laws & regulations
- Considerable knowledge of producing financial reports
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian criminal, civil & commercial codes procedures
- Good knowledge of the principles & methods of litigation
- Ability to interpret codes of law & provide expert opinion
- Thorough knowledge of insurance business is an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Good coordination and management skills.
- Analytical, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of computer application skills.
- Dependable & Teamwork.
