About the Job

The Senior Attorney is responsible for providing high-level legal support, representing the organization in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves handling complex legal cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising management on legal risks, and supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and departments on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, arbitration, and legal negotiations.
• Handle complex legal cases and provide strategic legal solutions.
• Ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
• Manage dispute resolution processes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies to management.
• Prepare legal reports and documentation for internal and external use.

About You

Requirements:

• LLB Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, litigation processes, and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal cases under pressure.
