Responsibilities
- Develop detailed audit plans, scope, and objectives based on risk assessments.
- Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in line with professional standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct fieldwork including data analysis, document review, and interviews.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive audit working papers.
- Draft audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Present audit results to management and discuss corrective action plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior auditors.
- Review audit work performed by team members for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance on accounting and audit standards.
Qualification
- BA / MA degree in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: More than 2 years’ experience as senior accountant or senior auditor
