About the Job
The Senior Claim Officer is responsible for handling and processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement. The role involves reviewing claim documents, investigating claim validity, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure proper claim resolution in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies.
- Verify claim documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate claim validity and assess supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for claim resolution.
- Ensure timely settlement of approved claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Qualification:
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as Claims Officer II.
