- በኮንስትራክሽን ድርጅት ቢያንስ 3 ዓመት በሲንይርነት ሀላፊነት ላይ የሰራ/የሰራች
- አጠቃላይ ሂሳብ ሪፖርት መዝጋት ብቃት ያለው/ያላት
- የድርጅቱን የሂሳብ ሪፖርት በየ3 ወሩ ከገቢዎች ጋር ማመሳከር ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
- በቂ የፒስቺሪ አመዘጋገብ እና የሪፖርት አዘገጃጀት ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት
- የIFRS አሰራር ዕውቀት ያለው/ያላት
