Qualification
- (10+3)/(10+4) or Level V/VI in Mechanic, General Mechanic, or other related fields of study
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair processes
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of total work experience in construction projects
- At least 5 years of experience in road construction projects
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of construction machinery and equipment
- Ensure all mechanical equipment is functioning efficiently and safely on site
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities
- Support site operations by minimizing equipment downtime
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance
