Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR to join a fast-growing international organization. This role involves partnering with leadership and supporting end-to-end HR functions while working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Manage performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, development plans)
- Handle employee relations and provide practical HR solutions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Fluent English (C1 level or above – spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
