Senior HR (Urgent)

Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR to join a fast-growing international organization. This role involves partnering with leadership and supporting end-to-end HR functions while working closely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
• Manage performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, development plans)
• Handle employee relations and provide practical HR solutions
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Fluent English (C1 level or above – spoken & written)
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
