Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s Degree or HR professional certification is considered an added advantage and may strengthen the candidate’s profile.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive Human Resource experience, preferably within structured or corporate environments. Experience in the financial, banking, or investment sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, organizational HR policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making
- Support organizational development initiatives such as workforce planning, training, and talent development
- Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with company goals and growth plans
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
- Professional HR experience relevant to the role and responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial or corporate environment
- Knowledge of banking or investment sector HR practices is an added advantage
