Job Summary

Qualification

• Degree and above in management and related fields
• 3 Years and above experience
• Demonstrate accountability in managing HR functions and initiatives.
• Maintain basic data and record-keeping for all HR activities.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to convey HR policies clearly.
• Negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff development.

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
