Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ophthalmic nursing and a strong commitment to patient care. This job offers an attractive salary.
Responsibilities
- Assist ophthalmologists during complex eye examinations and surgical procedures.
- Perform detailed eye assessments and record accurate patient medical histories.
- Administer eye medications and monitor patient progress post-treatment.
- Manage and maintain ophthalmic equipment and instruments.
- Train and mentor junior nurses and clinical staff.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and eye health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ophthalmic nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional patient care.
