Job Description
Role Summary
The Senior Online Banking Officer is responsible for supporting, managing, and improving online and agent banking services. The role focuses on ensuring smooth digital banking operations, system performance, customer service support, and continuous improvement of digital financial channels to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital banking systems and financial technology platforms
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Online Banking and/or Agent Banking Officer
- Good knowledge of banking operations, digital payment systems, and customer service channels
Core Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of online and agent banking platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability and reliability
- Assist in troubleshooting technical and operational issues in digital banking channels
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to improve system efficiency
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support customer service teams in resolving online banking-related issues
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new digital banking features
