Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist with strong experience in pharmaceutical practice. The ideal candidate is disciplined, eager to work and learn, loyal, trustworthy, and a positive thinker. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the pharmacy operations in Addis Ababa.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide counseling to patients.
- Supervise and mentor junior pharmacy staff.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control.
- Ensure proper documentation of pharmaceutical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: BSc in Pharmacy
- Relevant Work Experience: 5 years or more of direct pharmaceutical work experience
- Other Requirements:
- Good discipline
- Eager to work and learn
- Loyalty and trustworthiness
- Positive mindset
