Job Summary: GeezJobs is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter with over 5 years of proven expertise in HR, particularly in recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify top talents within tight deadlines, maintain a robust professional network, and manage a personal database of potential candidates. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with client employers, negotiate effectively, and provide professional guidance to ensure optimal hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit top talents across various industries, meeting the required timeframes and job specifications.
  • Leverage an existing network and database to source potential candidates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with client employers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms with candidates and clients to align expectations and ensure successful placements.
  • Provide professional advice to clients regarding recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks.
  • Utilize technology and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and track performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Teaching, Sociology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • A special ability to identify talent
  • A well-established professional network and personal database of potential candidates have an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in various technological tools and solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline work processes.
  • In-depth understanding of various industries, job markets, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sit for extended hours due to the nature of the job, which involves reviewing numerous applications.
  • Candidates with strong management skills to take on additional responsibilities and effectively lead and coordinate tasks as needed.
