Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Sales
    • Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs and provide product advice.
    • Demonstrate product features and benefits.
    • Promote products and help customers make purchase decisions.
  • Achieving Sales Targets
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products.
    • Follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
    • Encourage repeat business through good service.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations
    • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
    • Conduct detailed product demonstrations.
  • Showroom Maintenance
    • Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
    • Monitor inventory and report low stock.
    • Maintain updated promotional materials.
  • Order Processing & Follow-Up
    • Process orders accurately and handle payments.
    • Follow up on deliveries and resolve related issues.
  • Reporting & Tracking
    • Maintain records of sales, customers, and inventory.
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
    • Track customer feedback and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
    • Share customer insights with relevant departments.
  • Promotional Activities
    • Participate in showroom events and promotions.
    • Assist in organizing campaigns and product offers.

Qualification

  • BA degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Customer Service or related fields (preferred).
  • Diploma holders in related fields may also be accepted.
  • 1–3 years in sales or customer service (preferably showroom or retail).
  • Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or similar technical products is advantageous.
  • Experience with inventory handling and order processing is beneficial.

  • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication ability.
  • Solid product knowledge (especially construction chemicals).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Certifications (Optional Advantage)

  • Sales Certification
  • Customer Service Training
  • Product-specific certifications related to construction chemicals
