Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Sales
- Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs and provide product advice.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Promote products and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Follow up on leads to close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Encourage repeat business through good service.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstrations
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations.
- Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display.
- Monitor inventory and report low stock.
- Maintain updated promotional materials.
- Order Processing & Follow-Up
- Process orders accurately and handle payments.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve related issues.
- Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain records of sales, customers, and inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track customer feedback and preferences.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Share customer insights with relevant departments.
- Promotional Activities
- Participate in showroom events and promotions.
- Assist in organizing campaigns and product offers.
Qualification
- BA degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Customer Service or related fields (preferred).
- Diploma holders in related fields may also be accepted.
- 1–3 years in sales or customer service (preferably showroom or retail).
- Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or similar technical products is advantageous.
- Experience with inventory handling and order processing is beneficial.
