Elmi Olindo Contractors Private Limited Company, We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing daily postings, and engaging with our community to show case our projects, services, and company culture.
Position: Social Media Manager
Experience: 3 year or above experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for both our construction projects and hotel properties.
- Create engaging content—photos, videos, reels, stories, project updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and more.
- Manage daily posting and platform activity across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Capture on-site content at construction locations and hotel properties (safety gear provided).
- Interact with followers, guests, partners, and local communities.
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support recruitment, brand awareness, and promotional campaigns through social advertising when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media for a business (construction and/or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Strong photography and video skills—you know how to make anything look good.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Creative, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site at job locations or hotel properties.
- Familiarity with content creation and analytics tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
