Job Summary:
We’re not looking for someone who just chases likes or followers we’re looking for a storyteller and creator who can make people stop, read, and engage. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of real experience managing social media accounts, understands how to communicate with audiences, and knows how to turn ideas into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that drive meaningful engagement
- Create and post original, high-quality contents
- Craft engaging captions and storytelling posts that connect with our audience
- Keep up with social and digital trends to produce relevant and impactful content
- Manage posting schedules to maintain a consistent and authentic online presence
- Monitor engagement performance and optimize content for better interaction
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social content with brand objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on social media management experience (personal brand, company, or freelance)
- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging ideas and visuals
- Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Amharic
- Passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and creating value-driven content
