Role Summary
The Social Media Marketing Manager will develop and execute online marketing strategies to boost Margot Group’s brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate excels in content creation, paid advertising (Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing), SEO/SEM, and data analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, deploy, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation & SEO Optimization: Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, and social platforms, and optimize for SEO to improve organic traffic and audience engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools—including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights—to track campaign performance, prepare periodic reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint emerging trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor strategies that inform campaign tactics.
- Budget & ROI Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns achieve cost-effective spending and a strong return on investment.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and other teams to align digital strategies with overall company goals and maintain smooth operational execution.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing innovations and integrate modern tools and techniques into the company’s strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Work Experience (Required): 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a demonstrable track record of successful campaign management.
- Technical & Marketing Skills:
- Proficiency in content creation for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and email marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising across all major platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Skill in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot is essential.
- Language & Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of the Arabic language and culture is a significant asset.
- Core Competencies: Creative, detail-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple projects independently.
