Job Summary
We’re seeking a Software Sales Specialist with a strong passion for technology and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients. You will play a critical role in:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Presenting tailored software solutions
- Driving revenue growth for our digital products and services
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Understand client pain points and propose the right Hamer Technologies solutions (ERP, AI SaaS, mobile apps, custom software).
- Build relationships with decision-makers across SMEs, enterprises, and startups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align product demos and client proposals.
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and quotations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software or IT services sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
- Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SaaS models, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
