Job Summary

We’re seeking a Software Sales Specialist with a strong passion for technology and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term clients. You will play a critical role in:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Presenting tailored software solutions
• Driving revenue growth for our digital products and services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Understand client pain points and propose the right Hamer Technologies solutions (ERP, AI SaaS, mobile apps, custom software).
• Build relationships with decision-makers across SMEs, enterprises, and startups.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align product demos and client proposals.
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and quotations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software or IT services sales (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
• Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SaaS models, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
