Job Summary
Store keeper is responsible for handling variety of receiving, stocking; storing and distribution of goods or materials. The position holder is responsible for all store operation activities including sending out and receiving deliveries; coordinating stock; maintain inventory control records on all orders made, received, stored, material issued and supplies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives the Incoming materials and keeps in storage to the assigned category of Rack/Shelf properly; and recording GRN (Goods Received voucher) and also updates BIN card;
- Issues materials based on the SR (Store Request form) which comes from the user department when ordered by an authorized person;
- Capturers the issued store items on SIV (Store Issue Voucher);
- Ensures that updates of the BIN card and reports;
- Records daily IN and OUT movement summary and makes reconciliation and report to immediate supervisor;
- Follows up PO/PR material from purchase department to insure timely supply of materials to project site;
- Implements 5S (Set in order, Sort, shine, Standardize and Sustain);
- Ensures that the company’s fixed asset or tools are issuing and returning in conformity with the company’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure);
- Manages Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register, Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control;
- Justifies if there is any discrepancy between the physical count & record balance and accountable for discrepancies;
- Confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications;
- Maintains records of tools, equipment's and all materials under project store;
- Checks the stock as per records and maintain Minimum Stock level of all consumables;
- Maintains clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly;
- Updates the stock periodically and Informs in advance to concerned person/engineer on site before getting out of stock;
- Updates the stock periodically and maintains all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software where applicable;
- Prepares periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi –annually and annual) including reconciliation statement and submits to Store Manager;
- Performs other tasks as requested by immediate supervisor

Qualification
- BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Management or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ similar work experience preferably in construction or real estate sector.
