Sr. Executive Assistant to The Management - Urgent Hiring

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly organized and professional Senior Executive Assistant to the management who will support daily executive operations, manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate CEO communications with departments and ensure proper follow-up.
• Prepare reports and documents in Amharic and English
• Manage executive schedules and meetings and organize and maintain important files, records, and documents.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient in typing and writing in both Amharic and English
• Strong document preparation, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, plus strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
