Role & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, meeting time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear role requirements, competencies, and success indicators.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS pipelines, and professional networks.
  • Screen and assess candidates using structured, competency-based interview techniques.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) to inform decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS.
  • Promote Industry Five’s employer brand through professional and engaging candidate interactions.
  • Coordinate interviews flexibly, including early mornings or evenings, to ensure candidate availability.
  • Support onboarding planning for a seamless new hire transition.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing and outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Amharic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with high attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical recruitment practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices in Ethiopia.
  • Certification in Human Resources or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
