MBH Travel and Technology is seeking a highly motivated Tender and Bid Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT-related tenders, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in winning bids and managing procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prepare bids for government and private sector tenders. Manage the complete bidding process — from opportunity analysis to final submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in tender preparation and bid management.
- Mandatory experience with the Ethiopian Government Electronic Procurement (EGP) platform.
- Proven success in IT-related tenders (hardware, software, or technology solutions). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
