MBH Travel and Technology is seeking a highly motivated Tender and Bid Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT-related tenders, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in winning bids and managing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and prepare bids for government and private sector tenders. Manage the complete bidding process — from opportunity analysis to final submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in tender preparation and bid management.
• Mandatory experience with the Ethiopian Government Electronic Procurement (EGP) platform.
• Proven success in IT-related tenders (hardware, software, or technology solutions). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
