Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Tender & Liaison Officer to identify, prepare, and manage tender opportunities for both government and private projects. You will coordinate tender documents, ensure compliance, and liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track government and private sector tenders from portals, newspapers, magazines, and websites
- Prepare and organize tender submissions with technical and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government offices
- Support preparation of company profiles and tender-related documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in tender handling, including government and private tenders
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in construction or interior design firms is a plus
