Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for customers
- Provide customer support and ensure a positive client experience
- Communicate with clients regarding training timelines and updates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Support customer success initiatives and engagement activities

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
Experience

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in Amharic & English
- Knowledge of B2B, e-commerce, or trade systems (advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Highly organized and customer-focused
- Additional languages (French, Arabic, Chinese) are a plus
