Job Summary
TSFP Facilitators support Health Extension Workers in implementing Targeted Supplementary Feeding Program (TSFP) activities. The role involves coordinating distributions, managing documentation, supporting community mobilization, and ensuring proper screening and beneficiary selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Support joint TSFP distribution planning and community mobilization
- Coordinate TSFP commodity planning and dispatch to FDPs and Health Posts
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of TSFP activities
- Maintain accurate records including waybills, beneficiary lists, and screening data
- Support active case finding, screening, and detection activities
- Work closely with health centers and health posts for proper program implementation
- Assist in selection of FDPs and FDAs for smooth program operations
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, Nutrition, or related field
- Certification in Acute Malnutrition (2019 revised guideline)
- Training in IMAM guideline (2019), IYCF-E, and IPLS
- Training in Family MUAC approach and TSFP/MAM
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with NGOs in CMAM programs
- Experience in TSFP and BSFP program implementation
- Experience in managing MAM and SAM cases
- Experience in CMAM planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Experience in Family MUAC approach implementation

Languages
- Fluent in English and Amharic
