We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer
Are you passionate about crafting digital experiences that make an impact? At 360Ground, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the interfaces and experiences of our groundbreaking projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, ERP systems, banking systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
- Create and maintain design systems and UI/UX guidelines for consistency across platforms.
- Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- No formal education background required.
- Proof of expertise is mandatory (e.g., portfolio of designs, completed projects, Dribbble/Behance profile, or client testimonials).
- Hands-on experience in designing for websites, mobile apps, ERP systems, banking systems, or similar enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform UI/UX best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to understand complex user flows and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
