Job Summary:

The Data & Business Intelligence Manager will lead the organization’s data and BI strategy, ensuring effective data management, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making. The role involves overseeing BI tools, managing data teams, and driving insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the data and business intelligence team.
• Design and implement BI strategies and data governance frameworks.
• Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability across systems.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a data-driven culture.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Leadership: At least 4+ years of proven leadership or team management experience.
• Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI, data analysis, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
