Warehouse Management Officer

Job Summary

The Warehouse Management Officer II is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position plays a key role in optimizing inventory levels, minimizing losses, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

• BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse documentation systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is an advantage

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
