Job Summary:

FOUR ABIYAM TRADING PLC is seeking a highly organized and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a background as a Druggist, with at least 2 years of warehouse management or related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage conditions per regulatory and GSDP (Good Storage and Distribution Practice) guidelines.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
• Monitor product expiry dates and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign duties.
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Work closely with EFDA and adhere to national pharmaceutical standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy (Druggist) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or pharmaceutical store management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical handling and storage regulations.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
